Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. Some pieces look shiny online but feel like plastic when you open the package. If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites.

If you sit in front of a screen for many hours, these small features make a difference. I also check if the store explains how to measure PD and frame size clearly. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. Forums, blogs and communities create a kind of collective memory for shoppers. Price is important to me, but quality and comfort are even more important in the long run. I do not trust only the star rating, I like to see detailed photos and longer comments.
