Good packaging and a small storage bag are also nice touches for accessories. Everyone has different expectations, but real photos and detailed comments are useful for everyone. Smaller shops can be surprisingly friendly if they care about repeat customers. I like when a shop clearly shows PD, lens height and bridge width in millimeters.

This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites. Sometimes I experiment with different materials just to see how they feel in daily life. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things. Trendy pieces are fun, but I only buy them when the price is reasonable. At least here we can see more honest opinions and not only polished marketing content. Price is important to me, but quality and comfort are even more important in the long run.
