When it comes to eyewear, the small details really matter over time. Of course we all have different taste, but patterns still appear in long discussions. It saves a lot of trial and error for everyone else.

If a website gives a detailed guide for measurements, I feel more confident when ordering. Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always. Sometimes I even measure an existing frame with a ruler before ordering anything new. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things.
