They are simply the ones that fit well and survive many rounds of washing or daily use. If a website gives a detailed guide for measurements, I feel more confident when ordering. Even a short note like 鈥渢his size runs smaller than expected鈥?can help someone. If the first order goes well, I slowly try more products from the same place. Smaller shops can be surprisingly friendly if they care about repeat customers.

If anyone has long term experience with certain online shops, I am always curious to read it. If they ignore basic questions or reply with copy pasted text, I become suspicious. If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. It saves a lot of trial and error for everyone else. It is always difficult to know which website is really trustworthy before you place an order.
